A-Ram for Javier Vasquez?

Postby chiswede » Mon Jul 20, 2009 11:59 am

I've been offered Vasquez for A-Ram. As much as I hate trading away my favorite Cub (yea, yea....don't play with your heart), I think this is a solid trade. I really need consistent pitching, and I've got a solid hitting lineup as you can see. Thoughts?

Yes, I'd probably do it. He's a step up from Maholm, and would give you a lot of K's.
You could always trade for a 3B down the line should Branyan fall off.

I like this trade for you. After shoulder surgery, I'm not so sure about Aram's power numbers. You'll only be losing in AVG and ribbies, but not by much. Vazquez is a machine, go for it.

If you have time, help me out with mine? Thanks. http://www.fantasybaseballcafe.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=394034

I think Branyon will be pretty mediocre from this point on, however I still like the trade for you.

Vazquez is much better than Maholm and your offense is decent enough that you can afford losing aramis.

Also Aramis is coming off injury and might never be 100%

Can you help with mine?
