Is he a decent start for the upcoming scoring period in a 14 team mixed roto league?

I think it's a very astute find on your part. Once or twice a week the Nats have a chance to win. It's when Lannan or Zimmerman start. Their offense actually isn't too bad with Willy Mays Morgan, Johnson, Jeff Zimmerman, Dunn. Sand Diego and the Mets are horrible offensively and I think you should throw Lannan out there.
