John Maracek of KTRS Radio in St. Louis compared the Ankiel/Duncan combo in July to Joel Pineiro's contributions on offense...

numbers from 7/01-7/19 (including today's game)..
Ankiel 2-30, 1 RBI
Duncan 1-26, 1 RBI
total 3-56, 2 RBI's

Pineiro 3-9, 2 RBI's

Duncan needs to be in the lineup all week, as he's at least he's hitting .273 on the road.

Plus he can actually take a walk. Ankiel looks completely lost.
I thin we are going to start seeing a Stavinoha/Duncan platoon.
