Kinsler Crawford for Utley Granderson?

12team 5x5 roto keeper, starting lineups are standard 14x9, we keep 3 players, no contracts.

I took over the last place squad in this league over the winter. I will not be in contention this season but I fully expect to contend in 2010 and 2011 so please base your answers on that.

Utley anchors my present keepers, the final two slots will be between Phillips (MI) Granderson Quentin Josh Johnson and Peavy if I don't do this trade.

A couple weeks ago I was offered Kinsler for Utley. I queried this board and one other and the consensus was that Utley was the more solid keeper. I was just offered Kinsler and Ichiro for Utley but I'm not sure I'd retain Ichiro over two of my secondary keeper options so was planning to counter with the offer in the thread's titile.

Is Crawford (older than Grandy) a large enough keeper upgrade to make the Utley Grandy for Kinsler Crawford deal? Thanks!

i'd make the deal because while granderson may steal 25-30 bags, crawford can get 50-60 steals in his sleep.

this is a no brainer, kinsler and crawford are the superior duo, for years to come.

i would want kinsler and crawford for the next 2 years. utley is a better option this year, but you're not worried about that. i'd do the deal.
