Clete Thomas or Franklin Gutierrez? WHIR

I have Clete Thomas now. Franklin Gutierrez just hit the waiver wire. I am mostly interested in the player that can help me the most for the remainder of this year. Should I make a waiver claim?

Or should I keep Thomas, and try to dump Hideki Matsui for Gutierrez?

Until Clete Thomas gets regular playing time, I'd rather have Franklin Gutierrez. As a Tiger Fan, I pray everyday that Clete takes over for Mags full-time. THanks for helping me!

i'd got with gutierrez b/c he plays everday. he's a really good hitter. thomas just doesn't get enough at-bats in his platoon role. if maggs is traded, then i'd like to have gutierrez and thomas.
