Which of my pitchers for A-Rod? WHIR

I'm in a 10 team H2H league.

I've got somebody interested in dealing me A-Rod to help my offense. My surplus is good pitching, and I've been looking to shed one of these guys for a while now, seeing as I can't start them all.

I have:

Lincecum
Felix Hernandez
CC
Josh Johnson
Roy Oswalt
Jered Weaver

I really do not want to trade Timmy or Felix, and I'm not quite sure if declaring anyone else off-limits is fair. And also, he won't be taking Weaver so he's out of the question.

I can definitely flip a SS/2B in the deal as well, I have Alexei Ramirez, Brandon Phillips, and Troy Tulowitzki in my IF.

I'd trade Johnson. He's on pace for 230 innings a year after returning from TJ surgery. Don't be surprised if he breaks down.

I'd look to trade Oswalt first but I seriously doubt that would get it done in a 1-1. Johnson and CC for ARod would still be good deals for you considering your depth and need for a slugger. I expect big production from ARod in the 2nd half.
