I am last in my league in Saves, so Francisco would really help me out, and I clearly have the best rotation in my league and am first in ERA, Wins, and WHIP, so I could afford to lose Wainwright. Ellsbury would guarantee me steals most weeks, and losing Kemp doesn't hurt my RBI and HR that badly. Should I accept the trade?

I'd make the trade. Ellsbury is solid, and will only get better from here. Francisco is going to do fine with saves, as the Mets can't score a lot of runs, so every win they get will be a save situation, Kemp is good, Ellsbury is better. If you are already tops in wins, era and whip, you can afford to give up wainwright.
Im assuming you mean Frank Francisco, not Rodriguez, in which case I'd say if saves are what you really need go for a better deal with a better closer. Feels like you are giving up too much there.
i agree with most of the others... i wouldn't do this trade. you're giving up more value than you're getting. if you really need a closer, then offer wainwright for one straight up. or offer a lesser starting pitcher for the braves' soriano. he's obviously become the closer for atlanta, and he can shut them down.
