Should I do this deal? I think this could really upgrade my offense, but am I giving up too much?

It's very close to an even deal, at first I hesitated to say 'do it' because Kemp gives you everything Markakis does except Kemp is thrashing Markakis in steals 19-2 right now and he's hitting .316 ... however, Abreu makes up for the gap there and Markakis's BA may rise past .300 so when all is said and done it's a good offensive upgrade for you.

You gotta hate losing Hoffman and to some extent Gutierrez, but you'll probably still be able to come across someone of his caliber on waivers sooner or later.

Final verdict: Go for it.

Thanks for the help with mine. I say go for it. Kemp is a beast, but Markakis should rake in the second half and will put up similar if not better numbers. Abreu makes up for the steals.
