Holliday and Capps for McLouth and McGehee

I'm in a 16 team 5x5 roto keeper league and currently sitting in 11th place. I'm entering rebuilding mode. Next year Holliday would be a 5th round keeper while McLouth would be a 16th round keeeper, thus offering more value. Should I take this trade and am I getting enough for Holliday and Capps?
