Help me with Trade??? WHIR???

Help me work a trade with this guy. I need some extra speed and my pitching seems to be pretty good. I am going to pick up the most pace if I get speed guy like Kemp from this guy. Maybe would like to steal another from him also. Let me know what you guys would do. I will post both teams. He wants Gallardo, Johan, and Haren and I think i might give him Galardo for Kemp but want to add more into it. Let me know 5X5 ROTO 29 team

that's a good starting offer. go up to hudson or even cano(ask for a better 3rd player than buchholz) as necessary.

If you had my team, what else woud you maybe throw out also? im second in league and in first in all pitching cats except saves which i gave up on, first in avg, middle in HR, RBI, SB, R with SB being where i can make up the most ground fast

I honestly think thats not even close and will get rejected. I would say you would need to give up more than just Gallardo for Rollins and Kemp besides a bunch of role players who are playing over their heads. Gallardo for Kemp is fine, possibly even Rollins. But like a guy a few posts up said, you would need to put something more of substance on your end like a Hudson, etc.
