Do I need to make a change? 100% WHIR!

Hey all....in a 12 Team Standard Yahoo H2H league (10CAT 5X5).....

I am in first place and have been from the beginning of the season but the rest of the league is gaining. I am wondering if I need to make any of the pickups, drops, etc.... for this 2nd half or if I need to stay put. Thanks for the help and I will help yours!

1. I have J.Rivera being dropped for M.DeRosa who is on the WW and clears tomorrow

2. C.Barmes is also on the wire and he hit a Homer yesterday and Today already to start this 2nd half off.....do I grab him and if so then who do I drop?

3. G.Jones has been lighting it up and hit yet another HR today making 4 in a row and just hitting HR's like crazy (off Lincicum as well...lol)

*NOTES* - I figure that I don't need all the OF's on the bench so my questions are.....do I still grab DeRosa or pick up Barmes or Both? Do (can I) drop V.Wells or should I keep him? Do (can I) drop Uggla or should I keep him? Do (can I) drop a RP (K.Wood) since I have 4 RP's or should I keep them all?

As you can see I only have 5 SP's so I can't really drop any of those or I'll most likely lose the W CAT at the very least. Thanks again for the help and I WHIR!!!

I'd get Barmes, if I were you. You may want to add him, but unfortunately, I don't see who you'd drop for him, possibly Scutaro. You'd probably be too deficient in RPs if you dropped Wood. Yeah, I know, he doesn't do anything anymore, but still, the possibility of the save is there. I like Garrett Jones too, but again, who do you drop? Just be careful about helping out other teams by dropping your guys.

I think the best and only move is to drop Scutaro to get Barmes.

So.....does this mean I shouldn't pick up DeRosa?

I still have Rivera being dropped for DeRosa (I'll put him in at SS or OF) and then if I drop Scutaro to grab Barmes then that would fit.

I did however already pull the trigger on G.Jones and I dropped K.Wood already for him. If I need to I can pick him back up (since nobody really watches the WW that closely).....I figure the worse case scenerio for me would be to pick up an SP (if G.Jones doesn't pan out)

so my roster looks like this right now.....let me know if I need to make any immediately changes! Thanks again and I will help yours in return!
