Hey man, first of all you already have pretty good pitching. The combo of Greinke-Lester-Carpenter-Slowey-Lilly-Nolasco is not too shabby. However if you still want to get another SP I would look to deal either Holliday-Hamilton-Soriano.

Well, outfield is certainly the area you can afford to lose a man. You only one I'd consider off-limits is Upton, since he's your main SB man. The good news is that you have brand-name guys. The bad news is that none of them are playing particularly well at the moment. But there should be managers that give you trade value for the name and potential, and not just 2009 stats. Check around your league and see. You should be able to command a fine SP for any of them. Don't settle for any old trade though. A guy like Carlos Lee should net more than a Cain. Your team looks strong as-is. Don't trade for the sake of trading.
Help in return?

With Holliday, Carlos Lee and Soriano, you have three big name outfielders who aren't contributing much this year (at least so far). While you could trade one away, it would be trading while their value was low. Besides, what if two of the three players post good numbers in the second half? How do you know now, which one to trade? I think you need to keep them all to give yourself the best chance at a super solid outfield. Besides, your pitching is very good.
