Huge Trade Need Help Please

Posted a similar trade but changed it up a bit.

12 team h2h points league. Keep 5 players with no restrictions. Already have Pujols, J-Roll, A-Rod, Johan... My starting pitching depth is hurting big time. Am I getting enough in this trade?

I get: Utley, Sizemore, Carpenter, and Zambrano
I give: Johan and A-rod, and A Hill

I would do it - I think something is wrong with Johan. Everyone says he will get it back, but not so sure. NOt to mention he is on a team that does not give him run support.
Love Carpenter as long as he can stay healthy and Utley is great.
Arod without juice seems to suffer. Looks good for you!
