12 team h2h points league. Keep 5 players with no restrictions. Already have Pujols, J-Roll, A-Rod, Johan... My starting pitching depth is hurting big time. Am I getting enough in this trade?
I get: Sizemore, Carpenter, and Zambrano
I give: Johan and A-rod

As much as I don't want Arod this year, cause of injuries, I want Sizemore even less. There's too big a chance he misses a month+ due to surgery. Pass on the deal.
