Yes, I would. I love Cabrera, but I still wonder if Hamilton (had to think about that name for a second...) will be able to play a full season very often. Braun is an upgrade over Josh, and Longoria might be a slight downgrade from Cabrera, but they're very close, especially with 3b position eligibility for Longoria. I'd do that trade.
With Manny and Sizemore included -- I think that hurts you this year, but if your team needs steals, it could be good for next year. Depends how you want to balance those objectives.
I would take that trade without question. I think Hamilton was a flash in the pan - he'll be a serviceable fantasy starter in the future, but not like Braun. And I'd actually take Longoria over Miggy in a keeper league, so I think you're coming out on top all around. And if you could somehow get Sizemore for Manny in a keeper league, you'd be set for the next couple years. Pull the trigger.

Huge Cabrera fan here but I'd jump on the Longoria Braun side of this trade.
