#1 waiver priority on jay bruce?

12 team keeper league 6x6 (bb/hld) hth, keep 5...if bruce looks good after he comes back he could become my 5th keeper after wright, utley, crawford, and kemp...or i could save the #1 and grab strasburg once yahoo adds him...i dunno im leaning towards grabbing bruce, help!...leave a link whir

I'd save the waiver. Bruce is great but I wouldn't keep him over Utley, Wright, Crawford, Kemp or Felix. Plus you already have Quentin on the DL who could be kept if he shows something in the 2nd half.

Bruce is still a couple of years away in my book. He is pretty much all or nothing. Quentin is the better player of those two without question. Bruce will continue to kill your average when he comes back in a month. I would save the pick.Strasburg isn't a given but if you can get him chances are you have a better chamce of moving him in a trade over Bruce just on his hype. We have seen what Bruce can do. Maybe take a look at the young pitcher IF he signs and comes up.
