I'd rather just keep what you have and just stream pitchers with those two "spot start spots". You should be able to make up that inning pitched total by just streaming pitchers for the rest of the year.

help with mine too?

dont think that will be possible to plug the innings gap. i was 150 IP off the pace and then i traded billingsley and slowey and randy got hurt. my spot starters are simply plugging the gap left when i lost those 3 SPs. even when i had those 3 i need 1-2 more pitchers.

If you spot started a pitcher every day from here on out in those two spots you couldn't overcome that 250 inning defecit? Smoltz hasn't been great this year, what if you were to use his spot on the roster another streaming pitcher slot? I think in roto pitching becomes less and less important towards the end of the year since you are merely trying to maintain the status quo while maintaining a decent K and Win rate.

Where the only status quo that has to be maintained in hitting is avg. Otherwise every hitting stat is just as important now as it was at the beginning of the year.

I'd try to leave my hitting alone and just stream like crazy to makeup that inning deficit because if you already dug yourself into a pitching hole in those categories, I don't see Haren helping you win many of those categories from here on out.

Thanks for the help on mine!

its weekly faab pickups so id have to blow 10 roster spots to start 2 diff streamers every day. id also run out of faab dollars quickly

Ahhh damn, nevermind, I see they have a rule in place that screws that idea of mine... Well I'm guessing that not making your min. innings pitched will kill all your pitching stats like most roto leagues. In that case, I like the trade if it means that you will be able to make up those innings pitched.
