Bank on Big 2nd Half for Carlos Lee? WHIR

10 team roto league. We keep our best three players each season. Pull the trigger on this trade? For context, I'm in 2nd place overall. Solid in the pitching stats, and room for improvement in the offensive stats. Especially batting avg.

GIVE - Gallardo/Kubel

GET - Car. Lee

I'd say he's probably good for 30 HR 100 RBI line...If you think that will help you....go for it.
Gallardo is great but his win total is only going to be around 15...Lee is a big upgrade to Kubel...if that helps...

I would take Lee here. He is always good for a quiet 300, 30,100 season. Gallardo is tough to lose but I think you can afford it here.

please help

dont like this deal at all. carlos lee is as much of a lock for 30/100/.300 as anyone, but he's not stealing this year and that hurts his value. gallardo should be able to get you someone closer to manny's level and that's what i'd shoot for. certainly kubel/gallardo should get you manny. manny's batting average upside is far higher than lee's too.
