I've read, and I don't remember where, that there is zero physically addictive properties in the hippy lettuce and that some people only become psychologically addicted. Meaning they think they need it.
Yea I'm looking for studies on it. Well not really actively. But i've heard that rats won't respond for it in tests. My buddy Jon said he was addicted but he was also an addictive personality who couldn't chill out and drank too much and was a drummer.
I quit smoking weed 1 day and had no problem not smoking for 5 or 6 years after that
Jon was a drummer....nuff said.
I had a friend who thought she was addicted too, then she figured out real quick that she wasn't when she had to quit for a job.
Yeah I just stopped one day too, no real reason why. I just kinda ran out and never got any more. I'll still take a toke every great once and a while, it's nice before bed.

Yeah it's just funny that people who don't know smokers, or have never really smoked themselves ten to view smokers that way. I guess I can see why though since that's how smokers are portrayed in movies and such.

Accessibility does not negate the negative stigma of smoking pot. Some people simply won't smoke because it is illegal.
On the flip side that doesn't mean everyone will because it is legal. I've heard that argument against it before...I believe jose has said that and I strongly disagree. but really even if it's use did increase who cares?
