New Problem Owner? Multiple Bad Moves. Boot Him?

I have basically what is a sort of new league as all owners except 2 were brought in 3 weeks ago and two owners brought in a week ago. (This was a 10 team roto I had no owners for, went on autodraft, went ownerless until I brought in owners recently)

One new owner of the last place team wants to give up Jason Bay, Greinke and Kershaw for Adam Dunn and Jered Weaver.

This trade doesn't seem to make much sense.

Should I be concerned? Is it vetoable?

I just realized on the first day this owner took over, he dropped David Ortiz and Jose Reyes to the wire. Jose is hurt but I don't think anybody else dropped him to the wire. He's still owned 100% on ESPN.

He also made a trade last week giving Felix Hernandez and Alex Rios for Frank Francisco and Micheal Cuddyer.

I think this owner is dumping players or there is some problem with him. What do you think?

but thats kind of what you expect when you pull in people you dont know to fill up a league half way through the season to teams that were autodrafted...seems meaningless to me. id dump the whole league

Yep, an odd league - and a bad owner. I'd lock him and try to find another, and see if the league is ok with undoing his moves. As for the trade, based on his other moves, it doesn't seem like that should be let through, either.
