yahoo, standings from previous date?

I agree, this feature would be awesome. I've suggested it in the past on this forum as well. Even if it showed standings from e.g. one- or two-week periods it would enable managers to better assess strengths, weaknesses and trends and adapt accordingly.

Related -- five years ago or so Yahoo let you see "Fantasy Stats" and "Real Stats." Fantasy Stats of course were stats players accured for your team when you had then in the lineup.

Then, maybe the 2003 season, it went away.

I really miss that . With it I could see how badly I had managed my lineup and all the HRs, RBIs & etc. I had missed out on cuz I had the wrong guys in the lineup.

i didnt even know yahoo had this one link until someone in my league mentioned it the other day. on MY TEAM, under that it has "Team Log" and a list of players that ive had on my team through the season. i guess those are all my stats from each player ive had to add up to the totals i have.

Yep. Team Log shows you the fantasy stats a player generated for your team while in your lineup.

What it doesn't show is a player's overall real stats.

Like I say, Yahoo showed both fantasy and real stats a number of years ago, and it was really cool. They were displayed side-by-side for your full roster, easily browsed.

I'm not complaining, I've played Yahoo since 2000 or so and it's great. It was just a little nice-to-have that I was sorry to see disappear. Thanks Genie ~~

Last year in my Yahoo H2H league I maintained my own team log, but decided I didn't have the time/energy to keep up with it this year. I miss having that info, though. Maybe that's part of the reason I'm running 5th this year - after a strong 2nd place last year!
