You're giving up the best position player and pitcher for an upgrade at 2B. I personally wouldn't bother.

you would be dealing cabrera, pedroia and bills for utley, felix and ethier. the pitchers wash and cabrera and utley are close. pedroia is worth far more than ethier, though.
