If Hamilton wasn't sucking this year it would be an offer to consider, but for now, I give this deal a big :-t

Pujols is such a monster, it would take another first round talent instead of Hamilton to make this deal worthwhile for you.

Solid value, but I don't think I'd trade Pujols under any circumstances.

Depends on what the rest of your roster looks like/whether you need the help at other positions, but on value alone I like it.

I've always been one to argue against having "untradeable" players. There's no question there are guys like Pujols that you need to get a pretty phenomenal deal in return to consider moving, but if someone wants to give you multiple talents, why be too conservative to take advantage?

I held off on the trade..I decided to just keep Pujols and take my chances with him...

Agreed, unless you are trying to fill some big holes that the trade would fill, hold pat on the best player in the game.
