Which 4 outfielders should I start? WHIR

I am in a mixed 14 team roto league. Categories are Runs, RBI, SB, AVG and HR. Choose 4 out of these 5.
Nick Markakis
Juan Rivera
Matt Kemp
Jayson Werth
Andre Ethier
Ethier seems to be getting hot since he is batting in front of Manny. Werth is on fire and Rivera has been very consistent as has Kemp. Markakis is a 2nd half stud but has struggled by his standards. I have rotated Werth and Ethier because both have hurt in AVG but help in other categories. Am I foolish for sitting Markakis in the upcoming scoring period after the break?

Don't have a great feeling about Kemp.

I would start Werth until he cools down dramatically.

And I would think Markakis still warrants a starting job in Fantasy.

Tough call, I like all 5 of these guys and they all deserve to start. I guess bench Markakis until he heats up. Long term I would bench Rivera out of this bunch, but he's on a hot streak.
