Jeesh, so the Pads suck it was a still a no hitter. It isn't like most of them are thrown against great lineups.

I will agree the Padres suck this season, but they are going through a drastic ownership change what are are the Nats, Indians, Pirates, Royals, A's, or DBacks issues, why do they suck just as equally.

I do agree that when the ownership is set, kevin Towers needs to go and we need a revamp of the scouting department (Matt Bush No.1 overall, 2004 wtf) and our 2 best players came from other teams Gonzo (Fla/Tex) and Bell (Mets).

Also the Giants have been No-Hit 10 times (7 since 1980) whereas the Padres have been No-Hit 8 times (5 since 1980). also interesting fact the first time that the Padres where no hit was by Doc Ellis in 1970 while on LSD

The Padres suck so badly that I left Sanchez's no hit game in the 5th inning with the Giants up 7-0 because I knew the game was over.

Yeah that stung a bit when I got home, but as a disclaimer I took my 5 year old to the game who was ready for bed.
