Just think of the odds you could have gotten in Vegas a week ago on Sanchez (not even in the rotation) being the next guy to get a no-hitter in MLB! Well done!

Unfortunately it counts against the Padres, now the Nats thats a different story. How many people will pick him up on waivers now, he is available on all 3 my teams waiver wires. I picked him up for his next game on one league just for gits and shiggles (Plus I had the roster space after moving slowey to the DL). I know he probably won't pitch til after the break.

Nice game Sanchez. It was pretty cool, it was the only game his dad has been able to attend while he was starting.

The headline read "Sanchez hurls no-no."

My mind immediately said, "Had to have been the Pads."

for all you haters, the padres aren't as terrible away from petco (.713 OPS) as they are at home (.644 OPS).

Fewest Hits, Runs scored, lowest team AVG, OBP, OPS (2nd lowest SLG) in Major League Baseball. The offense is pathetic.

i didn't say it wasn't a terrible offense, just that they aren't as terrible away from petco. they're actually pretty middle of the pack in away splits.

So, any word if SF is giving his dad free seats/transportation for every start he makes from here on out?

There were 7 guys with an OPS below .700 in that lineup (including the pitcher). And only one guy with an OPS above .800. It was probably the worst major-league lineup I've ever seen.
