Yahoo now NOT CORRECTING a stat error after saying they would
All week I've been discussing with Yahoo the extra Quality Start that Zack Duke was given last week, and all week they've been telling me they're working on it and that it would be fixed as soon as possible. I finally emailed them again asking when the correction would take place, and now I get an automated response saying that it's too late.
That is poor form.
This error cost me a Win, and I informed them that the error had not been corrected by the Monday morning stat corrections FIRST THING Monday morning. The messed up thing is under the stat corrections page there actually was an Earned Run ADDED to his total.....and yet somehow his QS was not taken away.
How can this not be fixable? Especially since they were notified of the situation 8 am Monday morning.
In a tight and competitive league this could have huge implications. This should be easily fixable.

I've asked this before but is there a baseball equivalent of My Fantasy League, which many fantasy football leagues use? No serious FF player uses Yahoo or CBS.

I don't know about that. I'm a very serious player and have had no problems with Yahoo at all up until this situation.
The part I find most frustrating is that I let them know about the error right away on Monday morning (the same day that stat corrections are done), and they assurred me they were working on fixing it. Then they wait until Friday and say it's too late.
It's like, no kidding it's too late now, how about doing it on the same day the corrections are originally done.

They actually do fix stats in H2H. All stat corrections for H2H are done at the end of the week when Yahoo updates (around 2-3 in the morning or so).
I emailed them at like 6 am when I woke up and saw the error. Pretty sure they could have still fixed it at that point since it was only mere hours after the corrections were made, but they decided instead to email me and say they were on top of it, only to wait until Friday to say it was too late.

Gotta chalk that up to that's just the way it goes sometimes. For the money, you can't really complain about Yahoo. If you are using Yahoo plus, then you have a reason to complain, and if I were you, I'd keep on complaining to them about it. But if you ain't paying anything for it, then oh well.
