Well, he's batting 7th in the order again tonight, behind Martin and in front of Kemp. The Dodgers may have a seemingly firm grip on the NL West, but if they blow this lead to either the Giants or the Rockies, nobody is to blame but Joe Torre. These crazy, nonsensical line-ups HAVE to be costing the Dodgers runs and wins. Add that to his overuse of the bullpen, which has caused injuries to both Corey Wade and Ronald Belisario. Next up: Ramon Troncoso, on pace to pitch a mind-shattering 100+ innings as a middle reliever.

Dude relax, no one was saying Torre is untouchable in the criticism department.
They were questioning your lack of understanding regarding brining in your closer in a tie game on the road.

Either way the guy has done A LOT in his career, as both a player and a manager.
