Harden has some K upside, and Baker is very frustrating (i know), so I would say yes you could do this for the chance at the saves.

I would drop Baker because when Harden is healthy, he is lights out.

I'd drop Harden. He's been bad in 4 of his last 6 turns and he's a massive injury risk. I'd bet on Baker turning it around and being more consistent than Harden.
