take halladay and inge. inge is playing as well as damon and halladay is better than vazquez. no brainer to me.

I think you win in straight up value on this trade, but where will you play Inge? You already have a good catcher, and two fantastic 3Bs.
Also, replacing Damon with Morgan doesn't sound too appealing to me. I think you handicap your offense a bit, but your pitching (which looks nice already) gets a nice bump.
I would either try to get him/her to replace Inge with a closer, or look to make a follow up trade once you land Halladay.

I would do the trade also if you have the time you can play whoever is hot on the waiver wires instead of Morgan.

Take it and run. I don't completely trust Vazquez, and Halladay's value only improves with a trade. Inge's value is through the roof right now too. Damon is a dime a dozen OF, very replaceable.
