Trade help?? Joba/Rios for Holliday..WHIR

Trying to improve my mediocre 7th place team and tired of watching Joba suck it up. Would Rios/Joba be too much to offer for Matt Holliday. I really think Holliday gets traded to a contender and has a much better 2nd half. Any thoughts?

This trade was rejected, but the other owner said he'd trade me Holliday for either Cano or Morales. Trading Cano would obviously leave me with a void at 2nd, but I'm thinking Holliday for Morales is a no brainer right?
