I was watching the Tigers game the other day and they were talking about how Polanco drinks a milk and orange juice mixture before each game. Sounded disgusting but I decided to give it a try. Result was one of the best things I've tasted in a while. The good news is that it's healthy too and actually tastes pretty good on a hot day as long as you keep it cold (duh). Just thought I'd pass this success along in case you're looking for something newer to drink. Edit: a tablespoon of sugar doesn't hurt either
Alcoholic version: 2 parts milk, 3 parts OJ, 1 part vodka and a splash of Triple Sec garnished with an orange.

Yeah. Definitely. I tell you guys, it's something else. I was shocked. Again, it's really healthy too and is great after a workout with a little flavorless protein powder.
Edit: Also so I don't look like a complete tool....that alcoholic drink is preferably for your lady friend. I am hoping you are all man enough to be drinking something else.
Orange juice (loaded with refined sugar) and healthy do not belong in the same paragraph.
Yeah, juice (not 100% fruit) is one of those sneaky bad foods. I read that in the Dominican, they use fresh squeezed oranges, which would be a great post workout drink...
