Carlos Lee/Hamels for Nathan/Tex WHIR 100%

I want to offer this trade, I give Carlos Lee and Hamels (I would throw in Kerry Wood) and get back Joe Nathan and Mark Teixeira. I have 2 questions:
1.) Is this a good trade for me? (I am way over the innings limit and would like to get Nathan for his low WHIP).

2.) Should I just offer Hamels straight up for Nathan?

If this deal were made I would put Adam Dunn in the outfield, and slide Tex into the 1st base slot.

As far as yours goes.....I would definately try and get this to go through. Tex has cooled off but is an Elite player (1B) and is worth more value than C.Lee. (you figure you could have Dunn/Lee or Tex/Dunn.....I would love to have the Tex side)

I also like Nathan (Hence me trying to snag him) and although Hamels is great I feel if you need the low ERA/WHIP (RP) then go for it now.

I could see doing the Nathan for Hamels straight up but I would rather try and get Tex (who should be great the 2nd half) as well!

*On a side note....you listed Dunn twice on your roster.....lol......I am very observant*!!!....hahahahahaha
