If Team A needs power and Ks and can give up some SB, then Team A is making a good trade.

If Team B needs AVG and SB and can give up some power and Ks, then Team B is making a good trade.

Looks like a fair trade to me, both side with pros and cons.

Team B -- with the way Howard and Soriano can slump, that is a potentially brutal combination. It seems BJ Upton's terrible start is behind him, so the Hanley side wins IMO, even factoring in Hudson's slump of late.
