Cival Rights wasn't something MLK and other struggled for in order for blacks to be treated equally. It was something he and other struggled for so EVERYONE could be treated equally.

It's like back in the early 90's when that man tried to stab him, Sharpton did the "brave and human" thing by pleading for the judge to be easy with him. But then Sharpton turned around and sued the NYC police for not protecting him. He got 200,000 for that.

Let's not forget he is behind over 1 Million dollars on his taxes and is claiming that it's a political agenda against him by the USA.

I can list many more comments and actions he has had over the years. He may have done some good don't get me wrong. But blaming others for everything isn't what the plan for cival rights was. It's just what he and a few others have made it into.

Al Sharpton is no MLK. I think we can all agree on that.

But Sharpton claims to be fighting the same fight.

I could put on a pointy hat and claim to be the Pope, but it still wouldn't make me the Pope.

True, but if you got on TV every week dressed like the pope claiming to do what the pope has done for so many years all you do is tear down the pope and what he stands for.

MLK was about equality, equal treatment, about bettering himself and the minority community. Sharpton is about getting rich, and blaming others. That's all I have ever seen from him. He has made many bad comments about Jews and has been known to be involved in some defamation lawsuits. I see nothing this man says to be anything near the truth.
