10 team H2H 5X5 scoring (non-keeper)
I just made a few trades since I had guys coming off of the DL and would have had to drop someone. I never started Either or Helton so one of them was getting dropped once Ramirez and Bedard came off the DL. I may be taking a chance on Carpenter, but Reynolds has been fabulous at 3rd and really don't see him slowing down. What do you guys think? I am currently in 3rd place, do you think this can be a championship team? Please provide feedback and leave a link and I will try to answer your questions. TIA...

I like both trades. You used your depth to your advantage and got a solid starter and closer. You could afford to lose Aramis since you have the hot hitting Reynolds. I like the trades.

I like the second trade a lot. As for the first, I think you could have gotten more for A Ram and Bailey. I like Carpenter fine but he's pitching over his head right now (great article here in the Cafe about it not long ago) and the other owner probably sold high.
With that said, your team looks dirty and you should compete well. Help with mine?

I think you gave up too much in the 1st trade for carpenter. As for the 2nd trade, you gave up the better of the deal also.......with that being said, you had some very good depth on your team which allowed u to make the deals.
Overall you improved your team with those trades. If you didn't have the depth, I wouldn't have made those trades.
