No way I would do this trade...who knows if Soriano will ever pull out of this funk. Ditchin Lee would mean a serious downgrade in your OF. Stay put...you can handle a few less SBs as opposed to sacrificing other categories if you execute this trade.

Soriano has been terrible. Id stay away. Maybe try for a player like Granderson. Id try Dunn+ for Granderson.

What about Dunn for Werth?

I wouldn't do either trade. Dunn could net you more than Werth as he is a guaranteed 40 HR hitter per year and for the other trade, Soriano has been terrible and Lee is as consistent as you can get in the OF. Stand pat on both.

I wouldn't make this deal. Lee is a lock for ~.300 - 30 - 100 - 100 - 10. Soriano, on the other hand, is.. well... who knows? Other members have mentioned looking at Granderson, etc.. I'd also look for a guy like Victorino, or Span, who could be had for much less. Rivera might be a valuable trade chip (thereby freeing up your LF spot for Lee).

You should be able to get more than both deals you suggested.
