I really disagree with the first response. Here's mine:

Romero (dude is the real deal, AL rookie of the year)
Jiminez (interchangeable with Romero)
Price
Smoltz

Top 4 are really close IMO. I'm not as high on Price as others this year until he vastly improves his command which will allow him to work deeper into games.
