Does this trade help me out? I really hate to give up Shields but I don't know who else to include in the deal. I'm in 7th in a 10 team H2H keeper and looking to improve. Thanks in advance.

I would sit tight if i were you. I don't see this as a terrible deal but I also don't see it doing that much for you either.

That being said, if you pull the trigger it wouldnt be the end of the world
