Not all H2H leagues use streaming. We have 2 money leagues that have been playing for about 10 years. Same group of guys with only a few of replacements during that time. About 6-7 years ago we had one year where streaming was rampant. The league as a whole decided it was not what we wanted and made a change. For the last 5-6 years we have a moves limit of 65 moves per year. That allows 2.6 moves per week, including playoffs. That put an end to streaming.

good luck
