New (GT Over/Under) Game?

Yeah so I'm bored and wanted to see if this could pick up steam here. For any of you older guys who remember the game show 'Card Sharks' (I'm not old enough to remember it but I've seen it on GSN) I believe this is how it went:

A question is asked that is answered with a %. The next guy responds answering if the actual number is over or under (and will pose a question of their own). Example:

Posts where smoovethug mentions Cole Hamels.

Reply no.1: 66%

Reply no.2: OVER! (poses next question)

It's not about being correct or anything as most of the questions asked will be opinion based. Kind of like the GT over/under thread. Thoughts? Ideas?
