thats a tough one. at first glance it looked like you would be giving up too much power. but you have to think wright will start to hit for some power soon. Maybe take Dye off the table and have him choose from Pence or AJones. either way i think its a good trade for you
Life is like riding an elevator. It has a lot of ups and downs and someone is always pushing your buttons.
I would do it as well. I think you are getting the better side of things in this deal but maybe try leave the power of Dye out of the deal. Either I would do it but I would try to keep Dye first.
Nice deal for you. You get the best player in the deal in Wright who you think only has to get better when the Mets return to full strength. AGonz is already starting to slow down and has a habit of tailing off in the 2nd half.
Hal·la·day, n. 1. every fifth day in Philadelphia. 2. a day of rest for the bullpen. 3. innings eater. 4. doc. 5. ace.
i like it. wright is the best player in the deal. i like choo a lot, but youk is just as valuable. youd lose some hr, but its a solid boost in BA, and it sounds like thats more what you need.
Great deal for you. Always love it when you get the best player in the deal (Wright). Plus, I think Youk and A-Gonz are pretty similar in value. You also have nice OF depth in Ludwick to compensate for whichever OFer you give up. Love this deal
