With Kazmir pitching well and Downs about to come back, I need to drop Frasor and get Kazmir off the DL.

I've been trying to make a 2 for 1 but no one is biting, do I drop Hanson or Smoltz?

I agree, drop Smoltz for Kazmir, drop Frasor when Downs returns

I would also drop Smoltz. I think he'll be a bit up and down this year as will Hanson. However, Hanson's great games will be better than Smoltz's great games IMO.
