I haven't talked about this much, but my wife has been out of a job for a while. Some of you know that she's had a really rough last five years, from major cancer to job loss to dealing with depression. It's been rough. She's been out of regular work since February, 2007.

Well, that just ended. I just got a call - she got a job!!! It's making significantly less than she was making before, but it's SO MUCH MORE than living on my meager State salary alone.

We have a lot of things to deal with still - some bills that we've been making payments on, mostly - but in just a few short months we should be in a lot better place.
