Trading Bats for Pitchers! Help! WHIR!

Standard 10 team mixed league Head to Head.

So I've got Aramis Ramirez and Josh Hamilton coming off the DL soon and I need to clear some room for them. I want to trade two bats for an upgraded bat, but that's difficult in my league where bats are fairly plentiful, so it would have to be a blockbuster trade (I was contimplating something like a Mark Teixera and Adam Jones for Albert Pujols trade).

So I wouldn't mind trading a bat for a pitcher, but how should I go about figuring out whats good value for my hitters? I find they are apples and oranges and it makes it really hard to figure out who's worth what.

What caliber of pitcher (either relief or starter) can I get for someone like Adam Jones, Chipper Jones, Aramis Ramirez and Josh Hamilton?

You can get a top pitcher for someone like Jones. Go for someone around Billingsley, Felix, etc..., maybe even better.
