Of course you do this deal. What possible reason is there to not do it? You're getting a big upgrade at OF, an upgrade at C, and at least a wash at 1B for a decent SP. Although to be fair your pitching staff doesn't exactly inspire me with confidence, and if you're last in AVG why are you trading for Ryan Howard? But value wise, this is a great deal.
