Give Santana and Hill for Utley and Verlander?

I am starting to worry about Santana. Would you trade Santana and Aaron Hill for Utley and Verlander? Notes: Utley is 30 Hill is 27 Santana is 30 and Verlander is 26. Stats on each side are pretty even.

Just a sanity check for me. Let me know your thoughts? Is this ridiculous?

It's actually a solid deal -- I don't worry about Santana per se, but the Mets offense is terrible right now and Utley is a proven stud. IMO, Verlander and Hill are both not flukes so it evens out. I would really consider it...

Followup uestion on mine with Soriano -- would you deal Soriano and Slowey for Votto and Greinke? PM me if u can ... if he doesn't do that, change in Lilly for Slowey?

Thanks. I would deal Soriano and Slowey for Votto and Grienke. I do not trust Soriano due to his incosistent production which kills you in h2h leagues and he is showing his age.

I wouldn't do this deal. santana is always stronger in second half. If he gets reyes, Beltran and Delgado back, he might not lose after the all star break. Hill is so underrated it's scary. Don't make the move

I have Santana in one league and I am worried about him too, but everyone I talk to says not to worry, he is fine. I don't know one way or the other, but if he puts two good starts together, I may shop him, but if I do, I will only trade him if I can get equal value for him. I would not sell low on him now because IMO you won't get what he is worth.

As for this deal, as much as I like Utley, for some reason I still do not trust Verlander so I would not do it.
