Is anybody else getting tired of waiting for Carlos Lee to do something? A team in my league has offered me Ichiro and Heath Bell for Lee several times and I have said no. Now I am beginning to wonder. I can use the SB and BA, and while I don't have a surplus of power, Lee is not providing much anyway. Should I accept? 5 x 5 Standard Roto. Non-keeper.

Do you need Saves, Era? If so yes. If no, no. Be patient with Lee unless you can get what helps your team. Key no surplus in HR means you cannot really afford to give up and if lee comes back to form he will give you BA and HR.
Thoughts on mine.

Lee is slumping and coming back from a minor injury....give hime some time; he'll be just fine
If you dont have a surplus of power, I wouldn't make that move. Depends on what categories you need more help in
I'd rather have Lee then Ichiro and Bell

i usually never trade for closers but if you are getting ichiro + bell i think that is a deal you need to do.

This is hard to pass up unless Lee is your main source of power. Ichiro and Bell are both at their highest value-wise so theres the chance they slip a little bit, but youre talking two top 5-8 players at their position for one
please help

i'd do it on value. and particularly if you need sb/ba. however, if this would really hurt your hr/rbi in the process, then i would think twice. lee will probably finish in the 25-30 hr range. if those hr are critical to your team's success, then i'd say no to the deal.

That's solid value, but you'd be taking a BIG hit in the power stats. If you need help in batting avg, steals, and saves (and can afford the power hit) I'd probably do it.
Help with mine plz -
