Fair or Vetoable? WHIR

We use the Yahoo! League Office to judge trades ... is this vetoable?

Soriano, McGehee, and Lilly
for
Votto, Damon, and Greinke

Bump

Fine as is, or should I substitute Slowey in for Lilly?

Borderline.

Lilly is playing over his head, and Greinke is starting his studliness

McGahee might not play full time and damon is over the hill, but statistically playing better than expected

Soriano can't get it going and Votto is a great player

I don't think it's a very fair trade, are there any keeper rules to even it out? or is it a straight up year by year league?

I'd consider it unfair, but might not vote to veto it. it is one sided though.

any advice on mine?

Is this a keeper?

I am not sure anyone in their right mind would give you Votto, Grienke and Damon for that. It would really depend on need. I am not a proponant of vetoes unless cheating is invovled. Buyer beware!

If you can pull that off...good luck. Soriano is over the hill and killing many owners and Lilly will come down to earth. Although, I hope not IMO.

I have never used the Yahoo! League Office, so I do not know how they judge offers.

FYI - the second offer you posted is a lot better.

Thoughts on mine

If this was the beginning of the year, I'd love the Soriano side. But here we are half way through the season, I think whoever is giving up Votto, Damon, and Greinke is getting snubbed.

Without knowing the teams I think you might need to add more than the 2B for the Brewers. If you really wanted to unload Soriano it's not the greatest time to trade him right now, he has been struggling for a while and most people will not want to give much for him.

I'd say at least Soriano, Slowey, and Lilly for those three.

If this trade was accepted in my league, I'd probably be jealous but I probably wouldn't veto it. Unless it was the guy in first place with 80 points in my roto league lol.

This.

Soriano is God - Awful. You have to offer something more valuable than that Mcgehee.

Votto has been hitting and playing very well, Greinke has still been great.

Bottom line, you have to offer more. If I was that other manager, I would laugh at your offer.

Just sayin'

Dont manager teams for other owners. They both liked it and agreed on it. Let it go.

Completely agree.... Way to many whiny bitches in fantasy..... Let them do what they want with their own team. They paid for their team same as you. If i had a trade vetoed in a league, i certainly wouldn't play in that league anymore.
