Would you start these guys tomorrow? Who has more potential for this year? Bailey had 8 walks in last 40 aaa innings and 7 walks last game in majors wtf Jeckel and Hyde

Are we talking Felix here? Than you have to take the King here. Bailey has been awful and hasn't shown he can be a major league pitcher where as Felix hasn't had a bad outing since early May.
